Kulit Sihat dan Cantik

Bila tengok orang lain berkulit cantik...mula lah nak down self esteem!
Lagi-lagi kalau artis (yer...I know, tu semua make-up saje...but STILL they do look nice on TV kan? Jeles OK!)

Duit berapa ribu(riban) dah invest..kononnye nak dapat kulit cantik lah kan (memang ada simpan hajat tauu..ha ha ha). Which dermatologist yang I tak pernah try...semua pernah try OK...
Saloon? Ada pergi jugak...(Tapi pergi kat tempat yang around 'kemampuan' je...tempat mahal-mahal?? Sumpah tak pernah jejak!!)
And there is a regular place @Kelana Jaya, and precisely kat SS3,Petaling Jaya..this saloon service memang tip top...seriously you won't regret.
Yep...saloon dia tidak lah secantik saloon yang uolls invest RM100++ per treatment...tapi cukup sekadar selesa untuk dapat service yang sangat BEST! (Terima kasih makcik Gayah! Ila lama tak pergi nih..sure dia bebel! Ha ha)

Dermatologist?
Yes, impressive..tapi, once you stop the treatment/consultation (sebab tak larat nak keluar kan $$ yang banyak! He he)
Then.....Bang! Bang! Back to normal! Welcome dear...welcome...hu hu hu

Tapi there are few things yang personally I won't dare to experiment at Saloon....
Prefer Dermatologist lagi....
Laser? Yep....I'm a big no no to be done in Saloon....
And anyone who have skin problems, I know it stressing u all...lack self esteem huh?
Trust me.... at 26YO (27 on this becoming July thou! Ha ha) I've done much experimenting my face (problem)...ntah bila nak stop 'these'. He he he...Pasrah je lah...

The best is DRINK MORE WATER (less coffee for me!) Mak always tell me to do so...huhu
Eat ur vege (it doesn't work on me even I ate it like a monster..LOL)
Eat more fruits....
Take your daily supplements (EPO, Vit E,C etc) which I regularly neglecting it! Huh!
Try to life with healthy lifestyle (Yes,I've been ponteng jogging for quite a long long time now! Haih)

For those facing the same situation with me..try be confident as much as u can...
Trust me....I wasn't always that confident...but hey, at least I tried.

Note: just bought a new BBcream from Maybeline for the price less than RM20!! Yay! (Want to give a try,hopefully it won't irritate my pimples *InsyaAllah*). Seems like I saved around RM100++ for shu eumura's foundation I guess...fuh...
